Field Service Engineer/Technician - Job #07-18

We are seeking a seasoned Field Service Engineer/Tech.  One of the primary responsibilities is the supervision and installation of CBW automation equipment.  Other responsibilities include retrofits and customer relations in various regions.  Will be responsible for routinely visiting customer sites in the various regions to improve customer relations, monitor CBW system operations and gather information.    

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 to 4 years previous experience in a service environment.  This position requires excellent troubleshooting skills, customer service skills and communication skills.  Must be willing to spend 70% – 80% traveling and working at customer sites. 20% - 30% of time will be spent in an office environment.

Machine Design Engineers - 2 positions - Job #08-05

Qualified applicants must have previous machine design experience with customer automated assembly and /or packaging machinery utilizing high-speed pneumatics and electro-mechanical controls.  Previous experience with automation equipment or robotics plus 3D modeling software experience desired, experience with Pro Engineer or equivalent a plus.

One position requires 10+ years experience and one position requires 1-3 years experience, both positions require a BSME degree or equivalent.

Material Handler – Raw Material - Job #08-06

Works under direct supervision following established procedures.  Receives incoming parts from receiving or fabrication.  Unloads trucks of metals delivered to site and puts in appropriate storage locations.  Performs appropriate transactions in order to complete and issue parts in the ERP system to the proper jobs.  Pulls and stages material for assembly in an organized and documented manner.  Participates in stockroom organization activities and cycle counting.

Qualifications should include 1-2 years materials experience, excellent organizational skills, good oral and written communication skills, MRP software preferred, must be computer literate, forklift certification required.

Fabrication Material Handler - Job #08-07

Works under direct supervision following established procedures.  Moves manufactured parts to designated areas.  Organizes welding kits for the welding department.  Maintains manufactured Kanban areas.  Performs appropriate transactions in order to complete and issue parts in the ERP system to proper jobs

Qualifications should include 1-2 years materials experience, excellent organizational skills, good oral and written communications skills, MRP software preferred, must be computer literate, forklift certification required.

Metal Saw Operator – 2 positions - Job #08-08

Experience should include 1-2 years experience using band saws and cold saws to cut ferrous and non-ferrous materials.  Ability to work alone and manage raw material inventory. Must have excellent organizational skills and able to lift 50 – 75lbs.  Positions open on 1^st and 2^nd shift.
